Ally works from a collaborative approach, drawing on person-centered, existential, and Gestalt therapies while implementing strategies from other therapies to support clients in meeting their goals. There is no one size fits all approach. She is also trained in Eye Movement and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Somatic Experiencing (in progress).
Ally has experience working with individuals of all ages, couples, and families. Ally is particularly focused on addressing issues with depression, anxiety, eating disorders, trauma, grief and loss, and life transitions. Her focus is on building a strong therapeutic relationship with her clients while creating a safe and non-judgmental space.

Ali is a Registered Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists, is a member of the Psychologists’ Association of Alberta, and has a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology through Athabasca University.
